Comfortable stay, but needs updates

The air conditioning performed quietly and efficiently, making our nights restful. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. We experienced old cupboards and dusty surfaces, which dampened the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The fitness room had good equipment. Appreciated the fridge in the room for storing snacks. However, I noticed cleanliness issues, like fingerprints on the door jams and dust in corners. The mattress felt worn, and some amenities like hangers were missing, which was a bit frustrating. The breakfast consisted mainly of packaged muffins—definitely not what I expected from a 'grab and go. ' I dealt with maintenance issues. the smoke alarm malfunctioned, and I had to report it to the staff. Overall, the location was decent, not far from downtown attractions, but I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

If you need kitchen essentials during your stay, request them early, as they are not automatically provided in the room.

I had a great stay for 15 nights! The fitness room was solid, and the fridge in our studio was super handy. Breakfast was simple but decent with prepackaged muffins and coffee. The shower had plenty of hot water and the wifi worked great too. 😊

During my recent stay at Beachwood Extended Suites, I found the staff to be exceptionally nice, always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. The location was very convenient for exploring local attractions, and I appreciated the microwave in my room for preparing light meals.

I had a pretty mixed experience during my stay. while the coffee and muffins for breakfast were convenient, the missing shower curtain was a letdown. Despite that, I loved the spacious room and the professionalism of the staff. I might consider staying here again.
